The Ultimate Family Summer Bucket List

The ultimate list of activities for your family's summer bucket list #bucketlist #summertime #kidsactivities #summeractivities #summer #momlife

Happy summer, friend! Summer is only a few months long and we always try to jam so much into those few weeks. It can get a little overwhelming trying to figure out what to do with your summer days, at least I find it overwhelming and I often forget about activities I wanted to do with the kids or places I wanted to visit so this summer I created a bucket list of activities for my family to complete over the next few months. You don't need to stress about your list, add things to it that you can realistically do with your time (and budget) and if you don't get to every item on your list (because life and kids), it's not the end of the world!

What to Add to Your Bucket List

There are a few key things to remember when choosing what to add to your bucket list.
1 - Keep your schedule in mind. Do you already have a long vacation planned? If yes, then maybe add more small activities (things like "play with water balloons") versus the more time-consuming activities (like " take a road trip").
2 - Keep your budget in mind. If things are a little tight this summer, avoid adding too many pricey activities to your bucket list (things like "go to an amusement park") and stick to activities like "visit a new playground" or "play with sidewalk chalk."
3 - Only add things your family enjoys. Just because I have an activity on my list (check out our bucket list below), doesn't mean you need to add it to yours. If your family hates going to minor league baseball games then don't add it to your list. Your bucket list will only be fun to complete if it's full of activities you and your family love to do.

And you can choose however many items you want to add to your bucket list. I personally chose 31 activities because it seemed like a good number. You could have 12 items or 20 items or 50 items or 100 get the idea. You do you.
